1. Log in and select "Manage Photos" from the User Menu

2. Before you can upload photos, you need to create a "Category" (folder) for your photos. If you only want to add photos to an existing category, then click on the "New picture" button. Otherwise, to create a category:

• Click on the "Category" button.
• Click on the "New Category" button
• Fill out a Title, Description, and select the section you want your category to belong to.
• Select if you would like the category to be published right away or not (you could change this later) and click on the "Save" button.
• Now you should see the new category in the category list. Click on "Back to My Gallery" or click on the "Manage Photos" button again.

3. Click on the "New picture" button.

4. Fill out the Name, Category and Description. These will be initially assigned the same for all photos uploaded together. Later they can be modified.

5. Click on the "Browse..." buttons below to select photos for upload from your computer - one photo at a time.

6. Click on the "Upload" button.

NOTES:

- This interface allows upload of pictures one by one. For batch upload, please contact the administrator. We are working on bringing batch upload capabiliy to the front end in the future.
