This is an hour and a half class, every Thursday form 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Please, bring comfortable shoes or snickers and clothing. Bring water with you as well.
As long as you have desire to learn, knowledge level does not
matter. We start from beginning and build up every week. We move with the speed the entire group moves.
Every first Tuesday of the month we focus on basic steps from the most popular dances - Pravo Horo, Elenino, Dunavsko, Dajchovo.
Second Thursday - Boot Camp warm up;
Third Thursday - ABS warm up;
Fourth Thursday - Yoga warm up.
Fifth (if applicable) - Boot Camp
Bring yoga mat for all classes.
Your first time in the class is FREE. If you liked it, had fun and want to come back, there will be $10 (ten) every time after that.
